Prooger

Terms of Service

Last updated 10 October 2026

This document is a draft and is pending legal review.

These Terms explain the rules for using Prooger, a place to share and discover AI-generated videos together with the prompts and models behind them. Please read them. By creating an account or using Prooger you agree to them.

1About these Terms

Prooger is run by Zukudu ("Prooger", "we", "us"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, form the agreement between you and us.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Prooger.

2Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

3What Prooger is

Prooger hosts videos that people have made with AI tools, shows the prompts and models used to make them, and helps people discover and learn from each other's work. We are a platform: we do not create the videos, and the videos and prompts are provided by the people who post them.

We do not promise that a prompt will produce the same result for you, or that any video, prompt or model description is accurate or suitable for your purpose.

4Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, prompts, comments and other material you post ("your content"). You are responsible for it.

To run Prooger, we need your permission to use your content. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process (for example, to create previews and different video sizes), display and distribute it through Prooger, and to show it to others according to the visibility you choose. This licence lasts while your content is on Prooger and for a short period afterwards while it is removed from our systems and backups.

By posting, you confirm that:

  • you made the video, or have the right to share it, and nothing in it infringes anyone else's rights;
  • the video is AI-generated, and the models and prompt you list are accurate;
  • you have followed the terms of the AI tools you used, including any rules about commercial use and attribution.

5Prompts and remixes

When you publish a video publicly, its prompt is shown with it. By doing so you allow other people to copy the prompt and use it to generate their own videos. This does not give anyone the right to copy, re-upload or pass off your video as theirs.

"Post your result" lets people publish their own video made from your prompt. These videos are linked back to the original so that you are credited. If you do not want your prompt to be copied, do not publish it publicly: use unlisted or private visibility instead.

6Rules for using Prooger

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and the law. You also agree not to:

  • post anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • impersonate another person or organisation, or mislead people about who you are;
  • upload viruses, or interfere with or try to break the security of Prooger;
  • collect data from Prooger by automated means (scraping) or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;
  • use Prooger to send spam, or to buy, sell or fake likes, followers or views;
  • try to get around a block, restriction or suspension.

8Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, limit its visibility, or restrict or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we are required to by law. Where we can, we will tell you what we did and why.

If you think we made a mistake, you can appeal. Removed videos show an Appeal option in Manage videos, and we will review it again.

9Changes to Prooger

Prooger is still being developed. We may add, change or remove features, and we may pause or stop the service. We will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you where we can.

10Our rights

Prooger, including its name, logo, design and software, belongs to Zukudu or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Prooger. They do not give you any ownership of it.

11Other services and links

Prooger may link to AI tools, websites and services run by others. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12Disclaimers

Prooger is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for content posted by users or for the results you get from any prompt.

13Limit of our liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to Prooger is limited to the amount you paid us for Prooger in the 12 months before the claim or, if you paid nothing, ₹1,000.

14Ending your use

You can stop using Prooger and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering Prooger. Sections that by their nature should continue (for example, ownership, disclaimers and liability) continue after your account ends.

15Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in advance by email or in Prooger. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. If you keep using Prooger after a change takes effect, you agree to the new Terms.
